Delivery Policy

OfficeNeeds.com.bd products are delivered within 4 working days of order placement. Product delivery may take 2-3 days longer to arrive if your shipment location is outside Dhaka City.

Why it takes 4 days where other online platforms are delivering products on same/next day?

It is simple & very much understandable…!
Business (B2B) Buying is actually not the same as individual consumer (B2C) buying. Business buying comprises Bulk & Multi-type product purchase from a very wide range; whereas individual consumer buys a single or very few products.
Our delivery is quick & convenient…!
Corporate Houses usually spend months to make a procurement decision to purchase via multiple suppliers, but OfficeNeeds.com.bd takes a maximum of 4 working days to give you the Entire Solution with best quality products at wholesale rate.

Delivery days:
Sunday to Thursday (between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Delivered at your convenient time slot:
Since it is a Business Buying platform, we privilege your convenience before scheduling the delivery time for you. Our Account Manager will communicate you to know the best convenient time for you before delivering the Order at your office premises.

Delivery Location:
We will deliver the products to the location set out in your order “Delivery Location” section.

Direct Hand Delivery by our delivery personnel:
All products/ items are hand delivered by our delivery personnel. However, for oversize items, OfficeNeeds.com.bd may use a common carrier service to ensure that your delivery is quick and simple.

Delivery Charge:
Delivery is Free of cost (FOC) for orders over Tk 2,500 and Tk 100 for orders under Tk 2500 within Dhaka Metropolitan Area.
If your order is delivered outside Dhaka Metropolitan Area then Tk 500 will be applied as minimum delivery charges for each delivery location regardless of the amount of your purchase.

Order Tracking & Delivery Scheduling:
You already got an ‘Order Number’ after successful order placement. So track your order & shipping information anytime in ‘Track Order’ section online - simply input ‘Your Order Number’ to check this update. You can also get & check this information in your ‘MyAccount’ section online.

However, once your order has been packaged and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an SMS and email notification detailing order tracking information. Besides, our Key Account Manager will communicate you to schedule your suitable delivery time once your package is ready for delivery.
